The Danger Bike by Bethany (personal recount)

I was a young girl. I was home alone. Boom boom boom. Hit the ground. Suddenly my mum barged in from the air. She shouted “get on your bike now”. So I did. I guessed that I wouldn’t have a choice any way. I held the bike so it wouldn’t fall on me. Then I was on. I reached for the bar and pushed the pedals. Luckily mum was holding on. Mum was running and kept on running with me. Her hand slipped away from the bar. I looked behind me to see were she was. Few! She’s holding the seat. I thought I was alone. I remembered what mum said. “Push the pedals fast”. So I did. Then I wondered how my mum could run so fast. I turned the bike. I could see her. I was terrified. Then I started to go really fast. But I went to fast. I lost control of the bike. Ouch! I fell of. “Well done” said mum. I knew this was going to be a while to learn.

Very good bethany, the first part sounded like you were in a war but it got clearer.

Next learning step: Work on your punctuation!
